• Visit 1 – Spring Cooling Preparation
• Replace air filters (supplied by customer or add. cost)
• Inspect and tighten electrical connections
• Check blower motor amperage draw
• Inspect blower wheel and housing
• Inspect belts and pulleys (adjust tension if applicable)
• Flush condensate drain line and treat drain pan with algaecide
• Inspect evaporator and condenser coils (clean condenser surface as needed)
• Inspect compressor operation and amperage
• Check refrigerant charge (superheat/subcool method as applicable)
• Measure delta temperature (supply and return)
• Inspect contactors, capacitors, and relays
• Verify thermostat operation and calibration
• Inspect economizer operation (if equipped)
• Perform full cooling system startup verification
• Visit 2 – Fall Heating Preparation
• Replace air filters
• Inspect and tighten electrical connections
• Inspect blower motor and assembly
• Test heating system (gas heat or electric heat strips)
• Test safety controls and limit switches
• Inspect heat exchanger (visual inspection)
• Verify ignition sequence (gas heat systems)

• Verify proper system cycling and shutdown
