AIRMATICS is not good, they are AWESOME!! We had an AC issue in our house and Vlad from Airmatics showed up within an hour. He diagnosed the issue in 10 minutes and fixed it in an hour. During my research, I came across Airmatics, and they offered one of the best prices compared to other companies for a Cooper & Hunter dual fuel heat pump system. The installation process was very professional and smooth—it took about 12 hours from start to finish. The system also came with a new 4th generation Nest thermostat, which was a great bonus. He replaced a faulty gas component and adjusted the gas pressure to get everything running safely again. The repair cost $650, which seemed fair. I appreciate the honest work and clear explanation. I’ve been using this HVAC company for the past two years, and they’ve been great every single time. They’re always able to come out quickly—usually the same day or next—which I really appreciate. They’re honest, don’t try to sell you things you don’t need, and they actually focus on keeping your system in good shape long term.
