• Inspect evaporator and condenser coils (clean condenser surface as needed)
• Inspect compressor operation and amperage
• Check refrigerant charge (superheat/subcool method as applicable)
• Measure delta temperature (supply and return)
• Inspect contactors, capacitors, and relays
• Verify thermostat operation and calibration
• Inspect economizer operation (if equipped)
