Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of HVAC services provided by AIRMATICS LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) to clients (“Client,” “you,” or “customer”). By requesting and receiving services from AIRMATICS, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Services Provided
AIRMATICS provides the following HVAC services:
- Cooling Services: AC repair, installation, maintenance, and commercial AC solutions.
- Heating Services: Heating repair, installation, maintenance, commercial heating, furnace services, and heat pump services.
- Ductless Mini-Split Services: Repair, installation, maintenance, and commercial ductless solutions.
- Commercial HVAC Services: Maintenance, repair, installation, and air quality solutions.
Service Appointments and Scheduling
- Scheduling: Service appointments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Appointment times are provided based on availability.
- Cancellation: Clients may cancel or reschedule services up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without incurring fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Delays: While we strive to complete work on schedule, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather, emergencies) may cause delays. We will notify clients of any anticipated delays as soon as possible.
Pricing and Payment Terms
- Estimates and Quotes: Initial estimates are provided based on service descriptions and requirements discussed. Additional charges may apply if further issues or complications are identified during the service.
- Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise stated. For certain projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.
- Late Fees: Unpaid invoices may accrue late fees if not paid within 30 days of the service date.
Service Warranty and Liability
- Labor Warranty: We provide a 12-month warranty on labor for all installations and a 90-day warranty on labor for all repairs. If issues arise within this period, we will address them at no additional cost.
- Parts Warranty: Parts installed by AIRMATICS may come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which is passed on to the client. Warranty duration varies by manufacturer.
- Warranty Limitations on Specific Services:
- Air Filters: Warranty does not cover air filters, as these are consumable items that require regular replacement by the client for optimal system performance.
- Refrigerant Recharge: Warranty does not apply to refrigerant recharges, as leaks or other issues affecting refrigerant levels are considered part of regular maintenance.
- Drain Line Cleaning: Warranty does not cover drain line cleaning, as this is a recurring maintenance task. Any clogs or backups post-service are the client’s responsibility.
- Routine Maintenance Exclusions: Routine maintenance items such as thermostat adjustments, battery replacement, and minor cleaning are excluded from warranty coverage.
- Limitations: Warranty services do not apply to issues arising from improper use, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repairs, or pre-existing issues unrelated to our service.
Client Responsibilities
- Access to Property: Clients must provide AIRMATICS with safe access to the property and working area for the scheduled services. If access is restricted, additional charges may apply.
- Environmental Considerations: Clients are responsible for disclosing any hazardous materials or environmental risks that may be present on the property (e.g., asbestos, mold).
- Equipment and Maintenance: Regular maintenance is necessary for optimal performance. We recommend following the manufacturer’s guidelines and our service recommendations.
Limitations of Liability
AIRMATICS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, property damage, or personal injury, resulting from services provided. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
Changes to Terms
AIRMATICS reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
